Compacta 4 is the first counter-top combo machine that allows to complete the whole cycle of gelato production; in the upper part there is the boiler, whereas in the lower part there is the horizontal cylinder of the batch freezer.
Compacta 4 is a two-in-one unit to produce high quality Italian Gelato, in a limited space and with a limited investment.
